Responsibilities
- Find fresh sales opportunities through cold calls or email.
- Route opportunities to the relevant department for further development and deal closure.
- Contact potential customers or businesses by telephone to promote services.
- Explain service benefits to potential clients.
Job requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills, with ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Proficiency in Windows-based software programs, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Call-center customer service experience in banking, financial services, or business setup companies.
- Fluent English; Malayalam, Hindi, or Arabic are also listed as language options.
- At least 1 year of cold-calling experience and 1 year as a telecaller.
Pay and commissions
- Base pay starts at AED 1,500 per month.
- Commissions are offered on first-time sales and recurring commissions for existing clients.
