Responsibilities
- Find fresh sales opportunities through cold calls or email.
- Route opportunities to the relevant department for further development and deal closure.
- Contact prospective customers and businesses by telephone to promote services.
- Explain service benefits to potential clients.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Proficiency with Windows-based software programs including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Customer-service experience in a call center serving banking, financial services, or business setup companies.
- Fluent English is required; Malayalam, Hindi, or Arabic is a plus.
- One year of cold-calling experience and one year of telecaller experience are required.
Pay and commissions
- Pay starts at AED 1,500 per month.
