Responsibilities
- Find fresh sales opportunities through cold calls or email.
- Route opportunities to the relevant department for further development and deal closure.
- Contact potential customers or businesses by telephone to promote services.
- Explain service benefits to potential clients.
Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication and listening skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with customers.
- Proficiency in Windows-based software, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Customer service experience in a call center for banking or financial services or business setup companies.
- Fluent English is required; Malayalam, Hindi, or Arabic is a plus.
- One year of cold-calling experience and one year of telesales experience.
Compensation
- Pay starts at AED 1,500 per month, plus commissions on first-time sales and recurring commissions from existing clients.
- The posting states there is no sales target.
Workplace
- Work is in person at the office in DIP 1, Dubai Investment Park.
