Role Overview

The Career Consultant (Sales Consultant) drives individual sales targets for Cambridge Retail Training Programs through proactive outreach and effective communication.

The role involves cold calling, lead generation, and guiding prospects toward enrollment by highlighting the value and career impact of our training programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Achieve individual sales targets for Cambridge Retail Training Programs
  • Conduct cold calls to prospective clients
  • Promote and sell training programs primarily through tele-calling
  • Record client interactions and follow-ups accurately in the CRM system
  • Generate leads proactively through various channels
  • Stay updated on product offerings, pricing, policies, and campaigns
  • Drive sales growth and profitability
  • Implement client retention strategies
  • Influence purchasing decisions using structured sales scripts
  • Support team sales initiatives
  • Maintain professional communication standards
  • Forecast and analyze sales performance
  • Address customer concerns and resolve grievances
  • Ensure services meet ISO quality standards

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of industry experience in a reputed organization
  • Self-motivated and results-driven
  • Excellent communication and voice modulation skills
  • Strong tele-sales experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Strong networking abilities
  • Passion for education and career development
