Overview
Strategic advisory and execution support for cards portfolio optimization initiatives spanning across key KPIs like ENR, spend, authorization etc.
To drive growth in card activation, customer engagement, utilization, balance build through strategic planning, campaign execution, and portfolio optimization—leveraging data analytics, merchant partnerships and other lifecycle management tools.
Requirements
- Mandatory: Cards Cross-border payments, e- commerce, and merchant partnerships
- Mandatory: Campaign execution, customer segmentation, and performance analytics
- 8 -10 years in banking, payments, or consulting with a focus on credit card portfolio optimization, digital engagement, card product management (Regional experience preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification. Advanced degree or MBA preferred
- Knowledge of Cards P&L, Revenue, Loyalty programs and campaign management will be a big plus
- Fluent English required, Arabic fluency preferred
- Comfortable with significant client interaction and interest in building relationships
- Proven track record in campaign execution, customer segmentation, and performance analytics.
- Advanced Word, Excel, and PowerPoint skills required, knowledge of Project Management tools preferred

Experience
- Cards Cross-border payments & merchant partnerships: 5 years (Preferred)
- Campaign execution and performance analytics: 5 years (Preferred)
- credit card portfolio optimization, card product mgt: 9 years (Preferred)
