We're looking for experienced engineers who can combine AI expertise, strong engineering skills, business understanding, and customer-focused thinking to build impactful AI products.
What We're Looking For
- Exposure to European real-estate markets, PropTech, customers, and enterprise business environments
- Experience in lead generation, prospecting, sales intelligence, and customer acquisition
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Understanding of cost optimization, financial planning, and ROI-driven solution design
- Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and secure AI application development
- Hands-on experience building production-grade GenAI applications
- Strong experience with LLMs, RAG, AI agents, Agentic AI, MCP, and workflow automation, plus
- best agentic coding practices (Claude Code, Codex)
- Full-stack development experience across modern frontend and backend technologies
- Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, distributed systems, and software architecture
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive initiatives end-to-end
- Pay: ﷼8,000.00 - ﷼15,000.00 per month
