Overview
We are seeking an experienced Director – Master Planning to lead the planning and design coordination of prestigious golf course and high-end residential developments.
The role will oversee the master planning process from concept through execution, ensuring the delivery of world-class, sustainable, and commercially successful communities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the master planning and design strategy for luxury golf course and residential developments.
- Coordinate with architects, landscape consultants, golf course designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Drive land use planning, zoning, density optimization, and community development strategies.
- Ensure design excellence while balancing commercial, operational, and sustainability objectives.
- Manage planning approvals and liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and consultant performance.
- Present concepts and development strategies to senior management, investors, and key stakeholders.
- Benchmark global best practices and incorporate innovative planning solutions.
Requirements
- **Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, or a related discipline.**
- **15+ years of experience in master planning, with significant exposure to luxury residential communities and golf course developments.**
- Proven track record delivering large-scale mixed-use, hospitality, or master-planned communities.
- Experience working with internationally recognized design consultants and multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong understanding of planning regulations, infrastructure requirements, and development economics.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
- GCC or international experience with luxury developments is highly preferred.
- Pay: AED40,000.00 - AED60,000.00 per month
