Job Overview
We are seeking a professional and customer-focused Hostess to join a leading hospitality group in Kuwait, operating premium dining and lifestyle restaurant concepts.
As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a key role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience from arrival to departure.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage reservations, waitlists, and table allocations efficiently.
- Coordinate guest seating to optimize restaurant flow.
- Answer guest inquiries and provide information about the restaurant.
- Maintain an organized reception and waiting area.
- Communicate effectively with service teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Handle guest requests and concerns professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Hostess, Receptionist, Guest Relations Executive, or in a similar hospitality role.
- Minimum height: 5’5” (165 cm).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, professional, and customer-oriented.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Fluent in English.
