Car Care Operations Supervisor
About This Role
The Car Care Operations Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily operations of the car care, ensuring high-quality vehicle services in the departments assigned. This role manages staff, maintains service standards, ensures customer satisfaction, and oversees equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the departments.
- Manage and monitor the work of the staff in each departments.
- Ensure vehicles are finished according to company quality standards.
- Inspect completed vehicles before delivery to customers.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special service requests.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company policies.
- Prepare daily reports on operations, staff performance, and sales.
