OUTDOOR SALES REPRESENTATIVE (CAR CARE)

About This Role

We are a leading Car Care company in the UAE, and we are looking for an experienced outdoor sales representative with at least one year of experience in the car care industry to join our team.

1. Customer Interaction: Engage with customers, answer inquiries, and provide information about services offered.

2. Appointment Scheduling: Manage appointment bookings for vehicle maintenance and repairs.

3. Service Recommendations: Advise customers on recommended services based on vehicle condition, manufacturer guidelines, and customer preferences.

4. Pricing and Quoting: Provide accurate pricing estimates for services and repairs, including labor and parts costs.

5. Maintenance Guidance: Assist customers in understanding and adhering to recommended maintenance schedules for their vehicles.

6. Additional Service Suggestions: Recommend additional services or products that may benefit the customer's vehicle based on its condition and usage.

7. Coordination with Technicians: Communicate customer requests and vehicle issues effectively to the service technicians to ensure proper attention and resolution.

8. Paperwork Management: Handle administrative tasks such as service orders, invoices, and warranty documentation accurately and efficiently.

9. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure that customers are satisfied with the service received and address any concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.

10. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on automotive technology, service procedures, and customer service techniques to provide the highest level of service and support.

11. ⁠ Excellent knowledge about PPF, Wrapping, Tinting, Ceramic Coating and Polishing

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in the car care industry in the UAE.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure.
• Valid UAE driving license and must have own car
• Proficiency in English.
• Ability to engage with clients professionally.

Offer:

• Basic salary + commission on sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
