Female Secretary to Car Care company
About This Role
Car care company located in Al Quoz is requiring to hire a female secretary.
The following tasks should be regularly done:
1) Answering incoming telephone calls and redirecting to the person the customer need.
2) Making outcalls for bookings and service reminder.
3) Collecting payment from customers, issuing invoices and keeping customer database up to date.
4) Other administrative tasks given from the shop manager.
Working 6 days a week.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Experience:
- automotive business: 1 year (Required)
- secretary: 2 years (Required)
Work Location: In person
