Sales Advisor Arabic Speaker- Car Care
About This Role
The Sales Advisor is responsible for assisting customers, driving sales, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products or services, and ensuring a positive customer experience to meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products/services
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on promotions and offers
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions
- Process transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales area
- Assist in stock management and inventory control
- Follow company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus)
- Proven experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Customer-focused with a positive attitude
Work Location: In person
