Oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of company accommodation and camps.
Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized camp environment and ensure accommodation and welfare services are delivered smoothly.
Responsibilities
- Manage camp operations, facilities upkeep, room allocations, occupancy, and employee check-in and check-out.
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, catering, security, and transportation teams.
- Maintain accommodation, room-allocation, and camp-asset records; address employee concerns and accommodation issues.
- Inspect rooms, common areas, kitchens, washrooms, and other facilities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety requirements, and UAE camp regulations.
- Coordinate repairs; monitor supplies, equipment, and inventory; support employee welfare and camp discipline.
- Prepare occupancy, maintenance, incident, and other camp-related reports; coordinate employee movements and accommodation needs with HR and management.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience as a Camp Boss, Camp Supervisor, or Camp Administrator, preferably in construction or contracting.
- UAE labour camp management experience is preferred.
- Knowledge of camp administration, housekeeping, maintenance, and employee welfare.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and record-keeping skills.
- Ability to handle grievances and day-to-day camp issues, work independently, and manage a large workforce.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Pay
- AED 3,000–4,500 per month.
