About the Role
Join our fast-paced operations as a Call Center Agent. This position is ideal for candidates with a strong BPO background who are used to high-volume environments and structured performance metrics. You will be responsible for executing outbound call campaigns to expand our client base.
Detailed Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Campaign Execution: Execute daily call quotas to potential leads, ensuring high "talk-time" and quality engagement.
- Lead Qualification: Screen leads to identify potential high-value clients and direct them through the sales funnel.
- Platform Guidance: Walk clients through the technical aspects of our trading platform, ensuring they understand the features and deposit mechanisms.
- Compliance & Quality: Ensure all calls meet the company’s quality and compliance standards to maintain a professional brand image.
- Feedback Loop: Report lead quality and common customer pain points to the Operations Manager to help refine sales scripts.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly KPIs related to call volume, lead conversion, and deposit targets.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: 2+ years in a structured BPO or international call center environment.
- Skills: Exceptional listening skills and the ability to follow structured scripts while maintaining a natural conversation flow.
- Technical Literacy: Proficient in using CRM software, Google Sheets, and softphone systems.
- Availability: should be able to join immediately and work a 5.5-day week.
