Overview

We are looking for a Call Center Professional to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally.

Provide information about company services and offers.

Handle customer complaints and find appropriate solutions.

Schedule appointments and follow up with customers when required.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

Ensure excellent customer service and communication at all times.

Requirements

Previous experience in Call Center or Customer Service .

Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus).

Ability to handle multiple calls and work under pressure.

Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

Professional attitude and problem-solving skills.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
