The Role

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls and respond to client inquiries regarding treatments, appointments, and services. - Provide detailed information about aesthetic procedures and clinic offerings with professionalism and empathy. - Schedule and manage client appointments efficiently, ensuring a seamless booking experience. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the system. - Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams to ensure client satisfaction and smooth operations. - Follow up with clients post-appointment to gather feedback and promote ongoing care. - Assist in managing client concerns or complaints promptly and escalating when necessary. - Keep abreast of the latest trends and updates in the aesthetics and beauty industry to better assist clients.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in call centre or customer service, preferably within the beauty, salon or healthcare sector - Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English - Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Good organizational skills and attention to detail - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
