Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls professionally
- Provide accurate information about services and packages
- Assist customers with bookings and inquiries
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Coordinate with internal teams when needed
- Record and update customer information in the system
Requirements
- Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken & written)
- Previous experience in call center or customer service is a plus
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude and professional behavior
