**Camsa Comunicaciones** is a leading communications firm based in Doha, Qatar, committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
We are seeking an experienced **Customer Service Supervisor / Call Center Team Lead** to oversee our dedicated team and enhance our customer support operations.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of the call center, ensuring that customer service standards are met and exceeded.
- Provide guidance and support to customer service representatives, including training and performance management.
- Monitor call metrics and service levels, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement procedures to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in customer interactions.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a customer service supervisory role, preferably within a call center environment.
