Job Description: Customer Service Supervisor / Call Center Team Lead

Camsa Comunicaciones is a leading communications firm based in Doha, Qatar, committed to delivering exceptional customer service. We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Supervisor / Call Center Team Lead to oversee our dedicated team and enhance our customer support operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of the call center, ensuring that customer service standards are met and exceeded.
  • Provide guidance and support to customer service representatives, including training and performance management.
  • Monitor call metrics and service levels, analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement procedures to streamline processes and enhance efficiency in customer interactions.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a customer service supervisory role, preferably within a call center environment.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in call center software and CRM systems.
