Prateeti Infotech is seeking an experienced **Customer Service Supervisor / Call Center Team Lead** to join our team.
In this role, you will oversee our call center operations, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction while effectively managing team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily call center activities and manage a team of customer service representatives.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve service excellence and performance targets.
- Monitor calls to ensure compliance with quality standards and adherence to procedures.
- Address customer issues and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Analyze call center metrics and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with management to develop strategies that enhance customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service or call center management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in call center software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations.
Salary
- Competitive hourly rate ranging from **80** **-*** 150QAR*, based on experience and qualifications.
