Overview

Job Vacancy Call Center Agent Medical and Aesthetics

Clinica Sabah Specialized Hospital is seeking enthusiastic professional and target-driven Call Center Agents to join our patient care and inquiry team

The ideal candidates must have a strong background in handling inquiries bookings and customer care specifically within aesthetic clinics or specialized medical centers

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage large volumes of inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Schedule confirm and reschedule patient appointments smoothly using the hospital CRM system
  • Drive Upselling Opportunities Identify patient needs during calls to actively suggest complementary aesthetic treatments premium packages and current promotions
  • Provide accurate information regarding treatments doctors schedules and pricing
  • Address patient complaints with empathy and escalate issues to the respective departments when necessary

Requirements

  • and Qualifications
  • Experience Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a Call Center or Telesales role specifically within an Aesthetic Dermatology or Medical Center
  • Technical Background Hands-on experience using CRM software or systems is mandatory for managing patient databases and logging communication
  • Industry Knowledge Good understanding of aesthetic treatments such as Botox Fillers Lasers and Plastic Surgery and standard medical terms
  • Essential Soft Skills Proven track record in upselling persuasion and negotiation techniques
  • High emotional intelligence with the ability to build immediate rapport and trust over the phone
  • Active listening excellent problem-solving abilities and a patient-centric mindset
  • Language Skills Fluent in both Arabic and English verbal and written
  • Flexibility Ability to work in rotating shifts
