About This Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Call Center Agent
responsible for delivering high-quality service and support to patients through effective communication and prompt assistance. This role involves
handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, resolving service requests, and
ensuring a positive and seamless patient experience in line with organizational
standards and values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally and empathetically.
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments accurately.
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, chat, or email in a timely manner.
- Assist patients with general information, service requests, and issue resolution.
- Document patient interactions and update records in the CRM system.
- Follow up on pending cases or service requests as needed.
- Adhere to scripts, protocols, and data privacy regulations.
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the supervisor as required.
- Contribute to team goals and maintain service quality standards.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Communications, or related field
preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 or 3 years of experience in customer service, call center, or healthcare setting preferred.
Skills & Abilities:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Empathetic, patient-focused attitude and professional phone etiquette.
- Fluency in Arabic and English.
- Must be Saudi.
- Ability to work variable shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as per
department scheduling.
