Organise, hygienically clean, and personalise A380 shower spas to provide a positive experience for First Class customers.

Cabin services duties
- Control inventory and confirm products are loaded in the correct quantities for onboard servicing, replenishment, and customer use.
- Check shower spas and lavatories before boarding and place appropriate amenity items.
- Clean shower spas hygienically after each customer use, using appropriate materials and the CSA Checklist.
- Personalise shower spas for customers at their reservation times and display selected products appropriately.
- Prevent customers from entering a shower spa once it has been personalised, and notify the Purser if the reservation system is behind schedule.
- Maintain clean lavatories, keep amenity items available, and tidy passenger cabins and social areas.
- Report defects to the Purser and immediately alert a crew member to discrepancies, unusual noises or smells, abnormal customer behaviour, and suspicious items.
- Arrive on time, comply with uniform regulations and the chain of command, and follow the Purser's directions.
Qualifications
- At least 10 years of schooling or equivalent.
- At least two years of customer service experience with an international hotel chain, airline, or world-class service provider.
- Fluent written and spoken English.
- Housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage.
