Role summary
Provide personalized service and attention to guest needs at the hotel.
Guest and VIP service
- Deliver coffee and tea on request and communicate new-arrival preferences to hotel operations.
- Coordinate VIP room preparation with the front desk and check room details against guest expectations.
- Coordinate early-arrival and VIP room escorts, attend guest check-in, and anticipate guest needs.
- Complete butler flags in local systems and send pre-arrival emails.
- Coordinate with Guest Services and Engineering on requests.
- Collect laundry requests, follow up on delivery, and promptly return laundry to guests.
Standards and teamwork
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to a manager.
- Follow company policies, maintain confidentiality, protect company assets, and comply with quality standards.
- Maintain professional communication and positive working relationships; support team goals.
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors.
Preferred qualifications and physical demands
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred; no related work experience or supervisory experience is specified as necessary.
- Able to handle objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance and stand, sit, or walk for an extended period or an entire shift.
Schedule and location
- Full-time, non-management position in Doha, Qatar; the posting states it is not remote.
