Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects or provide advanced technical and consultative support on complex, high-impact applications.
• Maintain in-depth application knowledge and stay current on technical enhancements, methodologies, and trends.
• Analyze systems and procedures, identify improvements, and recommend practices that optimize application use.
• Develop operational procedures and design processes to meet regulatory requirements.
• Develop special or ad hoc reports and provide technical support to users and business stakeholders.
• Serve as liaison between software vendors, business units, users, and corporate teams.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or related experience.
• At least four years in a Business Analyst role.
• Hands-on experience creating data validation and mapping.

Preferred qualifications

• Trade Finance system experience with Trade360.
• Project planning and management experience, including managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge or experience with waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Experience eliciting functional requirements and use cases, producing Visio process flows, facilitating requirements sessions, and driving deliverables.
• Technical learning ability, organization, and strong written and oral communication.

Compensation

• Anticipated annual base compensation range is USD 63,000–124,000.
• Eligible colleagues may participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
