Business Systems Analyst - Sr

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects or provide advanced technical and consultative support to team members.
• Maintain in-depth application knowledge and track relevant technical enhancements, methods, and trends.
• Analyze systems and procedures, identify improvements, and recommend practices that optimize application use.
• Develop operational procedures and design processes to meet regulatory requirements.
• Create special or ad hoc reports and provide technical support to business users, customers, and management.
• Liaise between software vendors, business units, users, and corporate areas.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• At least 4 years in a Business Analyst role.
• Hands-on experience creating data validation and mapping.

Preferred qualifications

• Trade Finance system experience with Trade360.
• Project planning and management, including handling multiple projects and deadlines.
• Knowledge or experience with waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Experience eliciting and documenting requirements and use cases, producing Visio process flows, facilitating requirements sessions, and tracking deliverables.
• Strong organization, written and oral communication, and ability to learn technology.

Workplace

Compensation

• Anticipated base compensation is USD 63,000 to USD 124,000 annually.
• The role may also participate in an applicable incentive compensation plan.
