Duties and Responsibilities
- Lead complex initiatives and projects from discovery through implementation.
- Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Translate needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and system requirements.
- Assess impacts across BOL, Bank Admin, back-end services, vendor integrations, and downstream systems.
- Support architecture and development teams through design and implementation.
- Ensure solutions meet business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate requirements workshops and design reviews; communicate status, risks, dependencies, and implementation impacts.
- Review test scenarios and coverage; support UAT planning, defect triage, and requirements traceability.
- Develop operational procedures, process documentation, job aids, reports, and stakeholder analysis.
- Analyze production incidents and root causes; recommend improvements and automation opportunities.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum five years of Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or related experience.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
- Experience with business and technology stakeholders, requirements management, process mapping, and testing support.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with digital banking or treasury management platforms.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, Jira, or similar Agile tools.
- Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Understanding of API integrations and service-oriented architectures.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, security, audit, and compliance requirements.
- Experience supporting vendor integrations, third-party products, modernization, or digital transformation initiatives.
Workplace Type
- Office workplace type.
- Certain positions may be eligible for a flexible arrangement combining in-office and work-from-home work; specific arrangements are provided by the hiring team.
Compensation and Benefits
- Anticipated base compensation range is $57,000 to $113,000 USD annually.
- The position may be eligible for an incentive compensation plan.
- Benefits include health coverage, wellness programs, life and disability insurance, retirement savings, paid leave, holidays, and PTO.
