Business Systems Analyst - Sr

Role overview

Duties and responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects or provide advanced technical and consultative support to team members.
• Maintain in-depth application knowledge and stay current with technical enhancements, methodologies, and trends.
• Analyze systems and procedures to identify technical or procedural improvements, and recommend practices to optimize application use.
• Develop operational procedures for products, services, and systems; design processes to meet regulatory requirements.
• Develop and generate special or ad hoc reports, and provide technical support to business users and management.
• Serve as liaison between software vendors and business units, or between users and other corporate areas.

Basic qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related experience.
• At least four years in a Business Analyst role.
• Hands-on experience creating data validation and mapping.

Preferred qualifications

• Trade Finance system experience with Trade360.
• Project planning and management experience, including managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
• Knowledge or experience with waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Experience eliciting and documenting functional requirements and use cases, and producing process flows using Visio.
• Technical skills, ability to learn technology, strong organization, and written and oral communication.
• Experience facilitating requirements sessions, asking detailed questions, and driving deliverables to completion.

Compensation

• Annual base compensation range is USD 63,000 to USD 124,000; eligible colleagues may also participate in an incentive compensation plan.
