Job Purpose
The SuccessFactors HCM Business Analyst acts as the strategic liaison between the Human Resources department and the IT functional teams.
This role is responsible for analyzing HR business processes, translating them into system requirements, and ensuring the SAP SuccessFactors suite (including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Recruiting, Onboarding and Payroll) is optimized to meet.
Job Responsibilities
- **Process Analysis & Requirement Gathering:**
- Lead workshops with HR stakeholders to capture current-state processes and define future-state requirements for HCM modules.
- **System Configuration & Optimization:**
- Advise on and execute system configurations within SuccessFactors to align with best practices, minimizing complex custom developments.
- **Managing SAP Testing Phases:**
- Design and oversee comprehensive testing cycles, including System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring robust quality assurance before go-live.
- **Release Management:**
- Evaluate bi-annual SAP SuccessFactors release updates, assess their impact on current HR processes, and coordinate the rollout of new features.
- **Data & Integration Management:**
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless data flow and integration between SuccessFactors, legacy HRIS, and other enterprise systems.
- **User Adoption & Support:**
- Develop targeted training materials, conduct train-the-trainer sessions, and provide Tier 2/Tier 3 support for complex user escalations.
Minimum Qualifications/Education/Experience/Training/Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 - 5 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst with a dedicated focus on HRIS, including at least one full life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors (EC).
- Proven experience as an IT Business Systems Analyst.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
- Proficiency in configuring the allocated applications.
- Proficiency in business process modelling and documentation.
- Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
