Key Responsibilities
- Support daily business and administrative operations
- Maintain records, reports, trackers, and documentation
- Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and meeting minutes
- Handle emails, calls, and business correspondence
- Support data entry, filing, and document management
- Assist in scheduling meetings and follow-up activities
- Track operational tasks and update status reports
- Support procurement and office coordination activities
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and operational support activities
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in:
- Business Administration
- Management
- Commerce
- Finance
- or related field
Experience
- 0–2 years of experience
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Internship or office administration experience preferred
