Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role located in Dubai, allowing for a blend of in-office and remote work.
As a Business Support professional at YAMG, you will assist in administrative operations, provide customer service, and support financial processes.
Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate records, facilitating communication, ensuring operational efficiency, and supporting various business functions to foster the organization's efforts in youth development and empowerment.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical and Finance skills, with the ability to process data and provide insights
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication skills to engage with stakeholders effectively
- Experience in Administrative Assistance to manage schedules, records, and office tasks
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a flexible hybrid work environment
- Familiarity with youth-focused organizations and a commitment to youth empowerment is beneficial
- Proficiency in productivity tools such as Microsoft Office or equivalent software
