Solution development and delivery

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs, identify root causes, and define technology solutions.
• Translate business requirements into specifications and solution designs.
• Design, build, test, and deploy single-page applications; develop frontend components, integrate APIs, and configure authentication, hosting, and services.
• Use AI-powered development tools for design, code generation, testing, and documentation, and validate outputs against standards, security requirements, and business requirements.
• Configure, deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot Azure solutions; manage hosting, authentication, integrations, and operational support.
• Apply secure development practices and meet security, privacy, governance, and operational requirements.
• Participate in source control, testing, deployment automation, and CI/CD; support code reviews, quality assurance, and release management.
• Identify process automation and user-experience improvements; share technical information in business language and provide knowledge transfer and user support.

Education and experience

• Post-secondary education in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, Information Systems, Business Technology Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 6 years of progressive experience.
• Experience with business analysis, requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and application system analysis/design.
• Ability to work independently within established systems and standards and enhance and support a variety of applications.

Technical qualifications

• Technical proficiency with SQL Server, SOAP/REST APIs, XML, JSON, React or Vue, TypeScript, and single-page application fundamentals.
• Experience with Azure, Microsoft platforms, integration tools, authentication, CI/CD, testing, and secure application delivery.
• Agile/Scrum, business analysis, data/integration, Microsoft Azure, or Power Platform certifications are preferred.

Working conditions

• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
