As part of our expansion, we are hiring ambitious and result-driven professionals to join our sales team.
Role Summary
We are looking for a **Business Setup Advisor** responsible for generating new business opportunities, engaging with clients, and closing sales for our corporate service offerings.
The ideal candidate should be confident, target-driven, and have strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the UAE market
- Promote Mainland & Free Zone company setup, visa services, banking assistance, and compliance solutions
- Manage complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing
- Conduct client meetings (calls, online, and in-person)
- Follow up on leads and maintain strong client relationships
- Update CRM and maintain accurate sales reports
- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Coordinate with operations team for smooth client onboarding
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development
- Experience in corporate services, banking, or business setup preferred
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under targets and deadlines
- Knowledge of CRM and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated and customer-focused personality
