As part of our continued growth, we are looking for a driven and commercially focused Business Setup Advisor to join our Dubai office.
Role Overview
The Business Setup Advisor will be responsible for consulting clients on UAE company formation solutions and converting leads into successful business setup transactions.
The ideal candidate should have strong sales, advisory, and relationship management skills with the ability to guide clients through the full company formation process across Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore jurisdictions.
This is a highly client-facing and commercial role focused on business development and advisory-led sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise clients on UAE company formation structures
- Consult clients on Mainland, Free Zone, and Offshore setups
- Understand client business activities and recommend suitable jurisdictions
- Conduct client consultations and convert leads into closed deals
- Build long-term relationships with entrepreneurs and investors
- Prepare proposals and business setup quotations
- Coordinate with internal operations and compliance teams
- Maintain strong CRM discipline and follow-up management
- Cross-sell company services including:
- Golden Visa
- Accounting & bookkeeping
- Legal advisory
- Corporate banking assistance
- Tax & compliance services
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets

Requirements
- Previous experience in UAE business setup or corporate services
- Strong sales and client relationship management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Strong understanding of UAE company formation structures
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment
- CRM experience preferred
- Fluent English required
- Additional languages are considered a strong advantage
