The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, consulting clients, and closing deals related to mainland, free zone, and offshore business setup services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound leads for business setup services
- Consult clients on company formation options (Mainland, Free Zone, Offshore)
- Explain licensing, visa, banking, and compliance processes
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and close sales deals
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure high conversion rates
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with operations and PRO teams for smooth execution
Requirements
- Minimum
- 2–4 years of experience
- in
Business Setup / Company Formation sales
- in the UAE
- Strong understanding of UAE legal structures, licensing authorities, and visa processes
- Proven track record in sales and closures
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Target-driven and self-motivated
