We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Manager (IT) with an e-commerce background to oversee and manage overall business operations.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving growth, implementing new strategies, and ensuring smooth execution across all business functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end business operations, especially within the IT and e-commerce domain
- Develop and implement new business strategies to drive growth and profitability
- Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for expansion
- Oversee product performance, pricing, and sales strategies on e-commerce platforms
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations, and support)
- Improve operational efficiency and streamline business processes
- Build and maintain relationships with partners, vendors, and platforms
Requirements
- Age: Below 35 years
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in e-commerce and IT-related business management
- Strong understanding of online marketplaces and digital business models
- Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field
- Experience managing multi-platform e-commerce operations
- Candidates with their **own visa** will be preferred
Compensation And Benefits
- Competitive salary package: AED 3,000 – AED 5,000 (based on experience)
- Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
