About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Business Manager to join the CEO Office.
This role will work closely with the CEO and executive leadership team to drive strategic initiatives, oversee cross-functional projects, and support business performance management.
The ideal candidate comes from a strong business management or consulting background, with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-impact executive environment.
What Will You Do
- Assist the CEO in planning and executing key business initiatives
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects across departments
- Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and board materials
- Conduct market research, financial analysis, and performance tracking
- Monitor KPIs and support business performance management
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and implement best practices
- Assist in decision-making through structured analysis and strategic insights
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the CEO
What Are We Looking For
- Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 3 5 years of relevant experience in business management, strategy, or consulting
- Proven experience working with senior leadership or executive teams
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- High level of business acumen
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills
- High level of discretion and professionalism
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) is mandatory
