Join the Trust's Corporate Business Intelligence team as a Data Analyst.
Support delivery of Trust corporate priorities through reporting, data assurance, and insights.
Key responsibilities
- Report on Trust corporate performance, including transport, fire risk assessment, PDR compliance, bed location tracking, and medical device training.
- Assure Trust and third-party data feeds.
- Provide ad hoc reporting and insights to drive service improvement.
- Analyse, interpret, and present complex data for operational, performance, and strategic decisions across corporate services.
Candidate requirements
- Strong Excel and SQL skills are essential.
- Qlik skills are essential; if unavailable, the candidate should have some form of visualization skills.
- Python skills are desirable.
- Extensive NHS estates and/or patient knowledge and experience is required.
- Demonstrate accuracy, organization, analytical and problem-solving ability, initiative, flexibility, and ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are needed to work with corporate, operational, and clinical managers.
Workplace
- Work is split between the St Mary's site in Paddington and home, with occasional meetings at other sites.
- Shortlisted applicants will attend an in-person interview and technical test expected at St Mary's site.
