Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Business Development Specialist role based in Dubai.
The Business Development Specialist will identify and qualify new business opportunities, build and manage a sales pipeline, and support the full sales cycle for AI solutions.
Daily responsibilities include conducting outreach to prospective clients, scheduling and leading introductory conversations, and collaborating with internal teams to tailor proposals and solution presentations.
The role involves performing market research on target industries, analyzing client needs, and communicating the value of Spark AI’s offerings in a clear, business-focused manner.
The specialist will also maintain accurate CRM records, prepare reports on business development activities, and contribute to revenue growth and strategic partnerships in the region.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills to assess client needs, evaluate market data, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent Communication abilities for presenting solutions, writing proposals, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated experience in Lead Generation, including prospecting, qualification, and nurturing opportunities through the pipeline.
- Market Research skills to identify trends, map target accounts, and understand competitive landscapes.
- Customer Service orientation to build trust, manage expectations, and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in technology or AI-driven solutions.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic understanding of AI concepts or willingness to learn quickly.
- Fluency in English; additional languages relevant to the region are an advantage.
