Through interactive project maps, 3D visualizations, virtual tours, digital sales tools, and integrated CRM solutions, Roitiv helps developers showcase projects more effectively, manage leads efficiently, automate follow-ups, and increase sales conversion rates.
Together, Estapick and Roitiv provide a complete ecosystem that helps agencies and developers attract qualified buyers and investors while managing the entire sales journey from lead generation to transaction completion.
Position Overview
We are seeking ambitious and well-connected Business Development Consultants based in Dubai to introduce Estapick and Roitiv to real estate agencies, property developers, construction companies, and investment groups throughout the UAE.
This is a fully remote, commission-only opportunity for entrepreneurial professionals who are passionate about real estate, technology, and international business development.
You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the UAE by securing new clients, developing strategic partnerships, and promoting innovative solutions that help real estate professionals attract local and international buyers and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage real estate agencies, developers, and construction companies.
- Generate new business opportunities for Estapick and Roitiv.
- Present Estapick's AI-powered international property marketplace.
- Promote Roitiv's visualization, CRM, and sales enablement solutions.
- Build relationships with agency owners, sales directors, developers, and decision-makers.
- Conduct online presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate commercial agreements and partnership opportunities.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects and opportunities.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
- Represent the brands professionally within the UAE real estate sector.
Required
- Experience in business development, sales, real estate, PropTech, SaaS, or investment services.
- Strong network within Dubai and UAE real estate markets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Professional level of English.

- This position does not include a fixed salary.
- Consultants will earn attractive commissions on:

- There is no cap on earnings.
