- The role
- We’re hiring a Head of Business to run the commercial engine of investabl end to end.
- This is a general-manager mandate, not a single-function lead.
- You’ll own the business model, revenue, partnerships, and day-to-day commercial operations, and act as the CEO’s right hand in turning an early-stage product into a real, scaling business.
- You’ll be the person who connects product, growth, and partnerships into one coherent commercial strategy, and then executes it.
- If a wedge needs validating, a deal needs closing, a P&L needs owning, or a market needs entering, it’s yours.
- This role is for an operator who has already helped scale a CFD trading platform or run the business side of a prop firm, and who knows where the bodies are buried in this industry: the regulation, the affiliate economics, the liquidity relationships, the retention traps, and the trust gaps that make or break a retail trading brand.
- What you'll own
- **Business model & monetization.**
- Define and refine how investable makes money (spreads, fees, challenge/eval economics, subscriptions, or hybrid models) and own the unit economics end to end.
- **Revenue & growth.**
- Set and hit commercial targets.
- Build the funnel from acquisition through activation, funding, and retention, in partnership with the growth team.
- **Partnerships & BD.**
- Build and close relationships across liquidity providers, brokers, payment rails, affiliate networks, and prospective prop-firm or B2B channels.
- **Go-to-market strategy.**
- Pressure-test and decide our wedge (e.g., direct-to-trader vs. tooling/infrastructure to prop firms), then drive the GTM motion across our priority regions.
- **Commercial operations.**
- Own the operational backbone (onboarding, KYC/compliance workflows, payments, support quality) so the business scales without breaking.
- **Market expansion.**
- Prioritize and enter new geographies, accounting for regulatory reality and local trading culture.
- **Founding-team leadership.**
- Hire, structure, and lead the commercial team as we grow.
- Represent the business to investors, partners, and key accounts alongside the CEO.
Must Have
- **Direct experience scaling a CFD/FX trading platform OR running the business side of a prop firm**
- (funded-trader / evaluation model).
- This is non-negotiable: we need someone who has done this before, not learned it on the job.
- **A track record of owning commercial outcomes**
- (revenue, P&L, or a major business line), not just managing a function.
- **Deep, working knowledge of the retail trading industry:**
- spread/fee economics, affiliate and IB structures, liquidity and execution, payments, and the regulatory landscape (and how it shifts by jurisdiction).
- **Strong partnerships and BD instincts:**
- you can find, structure, and close deals that move the business.
- **Comfort operating in an early-stage, lean, ambiguous environment**

- Nice to have
- **Experience in our priority regions (MENA, Southeast Asia, or Latin America)**
- and an understanding of local trader behavior and regulation.
- **Exposure to crypto and/or AI-driven products**

- **Experience navigating regulatory change in the prop/CFD space**
- (e.g., post-MyForexFunds fallout) and building for survivability.
