Business Development Specialist – JAR Accounting & Auditing
About the Role
JAR Accounting & Auditing is looking for a motivated and well-connected **Business Development Specialist** to help grow our client base and generate new business opportunities across Audit, Tax, Bookkeeping, ICV Certification, Internal Audit, and Advisory services.
Responsibilities
- Identify and approach potential clients in Qatar.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners, finance managers, CFOs, and decision-makers.
- Generate qualified leads and convert them into engagements.
- Attend networking events, exhibitions, and business meetings.
- Promote JAR's services and identify cross-selling opportunities.
- Prepare and follow up on proposals and client meetings.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and achieve monthly targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Requirements
- Minimum 5–7 years of business development or sales experience in Qatar.
- Strong network and relationships within the local market.
- Proven ability to generate leads and bring new business.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is preferred.
- Valid Qatar driving license.
