Business Development Manager

to join our team and drive growth across all market segments.

Role Overview

As a BDM, you will be responsible for expanding our client portfolio across corporate, commercial, and individual lines.

You will create growth strategies, identify new distribution channels, and ensure excellent client satisfaction.

This role requires a strategic mindset and a proven track record in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • **Grow Portfolio:**
  • Develop new client relationships and maintain existing ones across all segments.
  • **Strategic Planning:**
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans.
  • **Identify Opportunities:**
  • Find new opportunities for campaigns, products, and distribution channels that lead to sales growth.
  • **Market Analysis:**
  • Understand market trends and customer needs to define personalized approaches.
  • **Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
  • Liaise with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and problem resolution.

Qualifications and Skills

  • **Experience:**
  • Proven experience as an Insurance Business Development Manager or similar role.
  • **Tech Savvy:**
  • Proficient in MS Office and business software (e.g., CRM).
  • **Communication:**
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • **Mindset:**
  • Strong strategic and business mindset.
  • **Sales Prowess:**
  • Outstanding negotiation and sales skills.
  • **Education:**
  • A bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent.
