About the Role
We are looking for a **dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer** to join our team in Doha.
You will play a key role in expanding our **HR Outsourcing** services (Recruitment, Manpower Supply, and comprehensive HR Solutions) primarily targeting **IT and Telecom companies** in Qatar.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients in the **IT and Telecom sectors** within Qatar.
- Promote our HR Outsourcing solutions including manpower supply and end-to-end HR services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers (HR Directors, Procurement Heads, and C-level executives) in Qatar.
- Prepare and deliver professional proposals, presentations, and contract negotiations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities in Qatar’s IT & Telecom industry.
- Work closely with internal operations and recruitment teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Represent the company at industry events, networking sessions, and business meetings in Qatar.
Requirements
- Minimum **3–5 years** of proven experience in **Business Development / Sales** in HR Outsourcing, Manpower Supply, Recruitment, or Staffing services.
- Strong existing network and deep understanding of the **IT and Telecom sectors in Qatar** is a big advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (both English and Arabic preferred).
- Ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
- **Valid Qatar driving license** with own car is preferred.
- Highly motivated, professional, and target-oriented individual.
