We are looking for a passionate, confident, and commercially driven Business Development Executive to join our growing media, branding, and creative agency.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding the agency’s client portfolio by identifying new business opportunities, building long-term client relationships, and promoting creative, branding, digital marketing, and media solutions.
This role is ideal for someone who understands both business and creativity — a professional who can confidently communicate ideas, understand client challenges, and convert opportunities into successful long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through direct sales, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Identify and approach potential clients across corporate, retail, hospitality, real estate, F&B, and startup sectors.
- Present agency services including branding, social media management, advertising, video production, website development, digital campaigns, and creative solutions.
- Conduct client meetings and discovery sessions to understand business requirements and marketing objectives.
- Collaborate with creative, marketing, and production teams to prepare customized proposals, presentations, and quotations.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals professionally.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain and manage sales pipelines and opportunity tracking through CRM systems.
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities within the Qatar market.
- Attend business events, networking sessions, exhibitions, and client meetings to represent the agency professionally.
- Support management in achieving monthly revenue targets and strategic growth objectives.

Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, media sales, advertising sales, or marketing agency sales.
- Strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and creative agency services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong client relationship management abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven sales mindset.
- Ability to confidently interact with business owners and decision-makers.
- Experience in the Qatar market is preferred.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is an added advantage.
