Role Summary

  • We are hiring dynamic and driven Business Development & Sales Interns to join our high-growth team.
  • As a key part of our sales function, you'll be the bridge between our product and the customer—initiating conversations, researching potential leads, and closing opportunities.
  • This role is ideal for individuals who are confident, fluent in English, and familiar with ChatGPT tools.
  • Success in this role looks like consistent communication with leads, strong research and outreach efforts, and meeting weekly targets with a proactive, professional approach.

  • Reaching out to potential clients through LinkedIn, email outreach, WhatsApp, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Learning and implementing lead-generation strategies across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter (X), Facebook Groups, startup communities, and online business directories.
  • Identifying and onboarding B2B distributors, referral partners, startup incubators, accelerators, and co-working spaces as strategic partners.
  • Connecting with founders, startups, MSMEs, HR professionals, and business owners to explain the company’s AI workforce solutions and service offerings.
  • Conducting follow-up calls and meetings to pitch services, answer client queries, and build professional relationships.
  • Maintaining daily trackers for leads, calls, meetings, responses, and conversions.
  • Working with the internal team to improve outreach quality, conversion rates, and partnership acquisition.
  • Achieving daily and weekly outreach and communication targets with professionalism and consistency.
