Job Description
We are looking for **Business Development Professionals** for our client, an IT Solutions company, in the UAE.
We are looking for expreince in B2B sales role focused on corporate software solutions, targeting enterprises and key accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and approach prospective corporate clients
- Generate leads, qualify opportunities, and schedule meetings
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Conduct client meetings to understand business and technical requirements
- Deliver professional product presentations and demonstrations
- Prepare and follow up on proposals and quotations
- Achieve assigned sales targets and revenue goals
- Develop and maintain strong customer and channel partner relationships
- Upsell and cross-sell solutions to existing clients
- Maintain accurate CRM records and timely reporting
- Represent the company at networking events and industry exhibitions
- Coordinate with technical and support teams during pre-sales and implementation
- Ensure smooth client onboarding and assist during installations
- Stay updated with product developments and new features
Candidate Requirements
- **Minimum 3+ years of experience in Corporate Software Sales / IT Sales**
- Strong B2B sales and key account management experience
- Experience in handling full sales cycle independently
- Proven ability to generate new business and close deals
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and convincing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- **IT background is an added advantage**
- Strong networking and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a larger sales team
- Well-groomed and professional appearance
- **Valid UAE driving license (mandatory)**
- **Own vehicle or willingness to arrange before joining**
Salary & Benefits
- AED 5,000 - AED 8,000 (Based on assessment & experience), Commission, fuel reimbursement
- Health insurance, Annual return ticket allowance.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
