Key Responsibilities
๐ธ Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion
๐ธ Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, market intelligence, and strategic outreach
๐ธ Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and strategic partners
๐ธ Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to successfully close business deals
๐ธ Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence activities to identify growth opportunities
๐ธ Prepare and present business proposals, commercial offers, and partnership agreements
๐ธ Coordinate with government entities, corporate clients, and external stakeholders to support business objectives
๐ธ Monitor business development performance, sales targets, and KPI achievement
๐ธ Develop pricing strategies and commercial solutions to enhance competitiveness and profitability
๐ธ Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful onboarding, service delivery, and client satisfaction
๐ธ Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development updates for management review
๐ธ Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking forums, and business meetings

๐ธ Strong business development, corporate sales, and account management experience
๐ธ Proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close business opportunities
๐ธ Excellent negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
๐ธ Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking abilities
๐ธ Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders
๐ธ Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills
Requirements
๐ธ Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Account Management, or related commercial roles
๐ธ Experience within the hotel, airline, travel, hospitality, or service industry is preferred
๐ธ Proven track record of achieving sales or business growth targets
๐ธ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
๐ธ Experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and contract negotiations
๐ธ Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment
๐ธ Fluent in English (spoken and written)
