Key Responsibilities

๐Ÿ”ธ Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and market expansion

๐Ÿ”ธ Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through networking, referrals, market intelligence, and strategic outreach

๐Ÿ”ธ Develop and maintain long-term relationships with clients, key stakeholders, and strategic partners

๐Ÿ”ธ Lead client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to successfully close business deals

๐Ÿ”ธ Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and business intelligence activities to identify growth opportunities

๐Ÿ”ธ Prepare and present business proposals, commercial offers, and partnership agreements

๐Ÿ”ธ Coordinate with government entities, corporate clients, and external stakeholders to support business objectives

๐Ÿ”ธ Monitor business development performance, sales targets, and KPI achievement

๐Ÿ”ธ Develop pricing strategies and commercial solutions to enhance competitiveness and profitability

๐Ÿ”ธ Collaborate with internal departments to ensure successful onboarding, service delivery, and client satisfaction

๐Ÿ”ธ Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business development updates for management review

๐Ÿ”ธ Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, networking forums, and business meetings

๐Ÿ”ธ Proven ability to generate leads, build client relationships, and close business opportunities

๐Ÿ”ธ Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders

๐Ÿ”ธ Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills

Requirements

๐Ÿ”ธ Minimum 2+ years of experience in Business Development, Corporate Sales, Account Management, or related commercial roles

๐Ÿ”ธ Experience within the hotel, airline, travel, hospitality, or service industry is preferred

๐Ÿ”ธ Proven track record of achieving sales or business growth targets

๐Ÿ”ธ Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

๐Ÿ”ธ Experience in client acquisition, relationship management, and contract negotiations

๐Ÿ”ธ Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment

๐Ÿ”ธ Fluent in English (spoken and written)
