Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Facility Management sector.
- Generate qualified leads and build a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Establish and maintain relationships with property owners, developers, real estate companies, commercial facilities, residential compounds, and hospitality clients.
- Conduct client meetings and presentations to promote GFM services.
- Prepare and submit commercial proposals in coordination with the management team.
- Negotiate terms and support the successful closure of contracts.
- Achieve assigned sales and business development targets.
- Monitor market trends and identify upcoming opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Relations.
- Experience in Facility Management, Property Management, Maintenance, Construction, or Real Estate is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Good understanding of the Saudi market.
Preferred Qualifications
- Existing network within the Facility Management, Real Estate, or Construction industries.
- Experience in preparing commercial proposals and quotations.
- Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
