Als Business Development Manager bei uns sorgst du dafür, dass geplante Wachstumsprojekte pünktlich, effizient und im Rahmen unserer Standards umgesetzt werden.

Dein Aufgabenbereich
- Strukturierte Geschäftsentwicklung: Du erkennst Potenziale, analysierst Kennzahlen und entwickelst klare, umsetzbare Konzepte zur Weiterentwicklung unserer Unternehmensbereiche.
- Verantwortung für Prozesse: Du gestaltest bestehende Abläufe effizienter, setzt Verbesserungen strukturiert um und hältst alle Beteiligten auf Kurs.
- Projektplanung mit Fokus auf Qualität: Du steuerst wichtige Wachstumsprojekte termingerecht, dokumentierst zuverlässig den Fortschritt und sorgst für saubere Übergaben.
- Teamkoordination: Du führst ein kleines Team diszipliniert, setzt klare Aufgabenverteilung und erreichst gemeinsam mit deinen Kollegen unsere strategischen Ziele.
- Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit: Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing, Vertrieb und Geschäftsleitung – verbindlich, lösungsorientiert und im Sinne des Gesamtprozesses.

- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in Business Development, Projektsteuerung oder operativem Management
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für unternehmerische Abläufe und betriebswirtschaftliche Kennzahlen
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Organisationstalent und hohe Eigenverantwortung
- Klarer Kommunikationsstil in Deutsch und Englisch
- Du hältst dich an Prozesse, formulierst realistische Ziele und führst Projekte verlässlich zum Abschluss
- Erste Erfahrung in den Bereichen Marketing, Beratung oder Coaching sind ein Vorteil, aber kein Muss
