About This Role
Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic **Business Development Manager** to drive growth for our real estate development business in Dubai.
The candidate will be responsible for identifying new project opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and securing investors for large-scale developments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and secure new real estate development opportunities in Dubai
- Develop relationships with landowners, brokers, and key stakeholders
- Source and engage potential investors and joint venture partners
- Prepare and present investment proposals and feasibility studies
- Coordinate with internal teams for project planning and execution
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities
- Achieve business growth and revenue targets
Requirements
- Minimum 5–8 years experience in real estate or property development in UAE
- Strong network with investors, brokers, and developers in Dubai
- Proven track record in closing deals and partnerships
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations and authorities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
Preferred
- Experience dealing with authorities such as Dubai Land Department and RERA
- Existing investor database / connections
- Arabic speaking is an advantage
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: AED 15,000 – AED 30,000 (based on experience)
- Attractive commission on successful deals
- Visa, medical insurance, and annual leave as per UAE law
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
